Four questions worth asking before you order a sample
You do not need a long presentation to start. Ask for answers you can check, then keep them alongside the sample and agreed specification.

Agree logo, color, manual language and packaging changes using the customization scope table; do not assume a photographed accessory is included.
4. Do the documents cover this exact model?Read the holder name, model list, date and report references, then check the selected configuration and destination market. Our published CE/RED and RoHS references list specific models, not the whole range. G936 is not listed in those two documents. A shared model code alone does not establish coverage for a different version.
A useful first message: "We are looking for a gaming headset for [devices] in [market]. Can you show us the sample version, included accessories and documents to review before we choose?" You can send this as a short question without preparing a full RFQ.
