Gaming headset assembly video
Watch a gaming headset come together
See headband preparation, bracket fitting, earcup assembly and hand finishing in this G935 workshop video. Look beyond the finished product photo before choosing a headset for your brand.
Inside the workshop
What can you see in the video?
Preparing the headband
Material preparation, internal thread routing and inner-layer positioning. These close-ups show the work behind the headband, not just its outside appearance.
Fitting the brackets and earcups
Support-bracket fitting, alignment, component fastening, module assembly and earcup-to-headband fitting.
Finishing and production handoff
Manual finishing and completed headsets on production racks, followed by a finished-product presentation.
The film shows selected assembly stages, not every manufacturing step. It does not establish a complete packing procedure, inspection result, production capacity or certification. Confirm the wired or wireless version separately.
Before ordering samples
Three questions worth asking after you watch
Is this the same headset I would order?
Confirm the model, connection version, microphone and receiver or cable set. A shared model name or similar housing does not mean the electronics and accessories are identical. Compare wired gaming headsets and wireless models separately.
What should I check on the finished sample?
Start with headband adjustment, bracket movement, earcup alignment, cushion fit and visible finish. Then check audio, microphone and controls on your target devices. Use the blank sample review worksheet to record results; the video is not a completed test report.
What can I change for my brand?
Agree the base version first, then discuss logo, color, manuals and packaging. Changes to the structure, electronics or functions need a separate review with the factory. See the OEM and private-label customization scope.

Which part would you like a closer look at?
Send the video timestamp, the connection version you need and your target devices. The G935 assembly video reference will stay attached to your question.
